Email hello@heatpumphotwaterguide.com.au with corrections, feedback or questions about the guides.

Corrections get priority. If a rebate amount, date or rule on this site no longer matches the official program page, please include the link to the official page so it can be checked and fixed quickly.

What I can't help with

This is an information site, not an installer or retailer. I can't quote, recommend a specific installer, check your eligibility for a program or give advice about your home. For those, contact the program directly (each rebate page links to it) or a licensed plumber or electrician.

Read about the site or the editorial policy for how the guides are written.
