General information only

Heat Pump Hot Water Guide provides general information about heat pump hot water in Australia. It is not financial, legal, plumbing, electrical or energy advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Rebates, rules, tariffs and prices change. Before you buy, confirm eligibility and amounts with the official program and get advice from a licensed plumber or electrician.

Accuracy

I work to keep every figure accurate and sourced, and show when it was last checked, but I cannot guarantee that information is complete or current at the moment you read it. Where this site and an official program page disagree, the official page is right.

Links to other sites

I link to government, regulator and manufacturer websites. I am not responsible for their content and a link is not an endorsement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
